SGS will attend the sixth annual International Trade Fair and Conferences for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RENEXPO) in Bucharest, Romania and present its comprehensive services portfolio for renewable energy.

Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- From 20-22 November, 2013, the sixth annual International Trade Fair and Conferences for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RENEXPO) will be held at the EXPOROM, Pantelimon – Bucharest/Ilfov in Bucharest, the center of Romanian media, culture and art. Making its first appearance at the event, SGS will attend the conferences and will give a presentation in the wind segment of the discussions.

The innovation conferences, running parallel to the trade fair, offer those in renewable energy (http://www.sgs.com/renewables) (http://www.sgs.com/en/Energy/Energy-Sources.aspx) a unique opportunity to come together and exchange knowledge and practical experience and discuss the latest progress in technological research and development. Presentations on new innovation theories and technologies will be given during the three days of conferences. World-class speakers from economics and research will be on hand to address the challenges within the renewable energy sector and practical experience will be highlighted. The conferences have become an international meeting place for decision makers and field experts.

The conference agenda includes discussion themes covering wind energy (http://www.sgs.com/en/Energy/Energy-Sources/Wind.aspx) (http://www.sgs.com/en/Energy/Energy-Sources/Wind.aspx), biomass, solar energy, hydropower, cogeneration, biogas, electricity and power grid.

SGS Interest in Romania
Romanian interest in wind and solar energy (http://www.sgs.com/en/Energy/Energy-Sources/Solar.aspx) has been proven in recent investments in both sectors reaching, in 2013, approximately 2000 MW in wind capacity and 500 MW in photovoltaic capacity.

Due to the high potential for renewable energy in Romania, SGS participation at the RENEXPO event (http://www.renexpo-bucharest.com/conference-programme0.html) will profile SGS as a competent, reliable service provider and a solid, trustworthy partner for both lenders and owners.
