Geomant Achieves Microsoft Lync 2013 Qualification for its Contact Center solution

ALCESTER, U.K. - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Unified Communications software developer Geomant today announced that following extensive testing by Microsoft Corp., Geomant Contact Expert is now a qualified Contact Center solution for Microsoft Lync 2013.

This is the second Lync 2013 Qualification that Geomant has announced, following successful testing of its Call Recorder solution for Lync in September.

The Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program allows Independent Software Vendors to have their solutions independently tested against a rigorous test plan.

Wintec - one of New Zealand’s largest Institutes of Technology/Polytechnics, and an early adopter of Lync 2013, has deployed Geomant Contact Expert for its Student Enrolment & Information Centre as well as its IT Services Desk.
