Simultaneously, Rosenfeld Einstein was ranked #16 in South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2013 competition among companies with fewer than 250 employees, according to information compiled by SC BIZ magazine and Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is the fifth time in six years that Rosenfeld Einstein has been among the finalists for top honors.
Annually since 1993, the IIABA has studied the country’s top performing agencies and conducted a comprehensive qualifying process. Agencies identified as the most efficient, customer-centric and highest performing in the industry are awarded the coveted Best Practices Agency designation. Of the thousands of eligible agencies across America, only 216 agencies across the nation – including Rosenfeld Einstein – were selected for honors this year.
“Rosenfeld Einstein is honored to be recognized as a Best Practices Agency, symbolic of being one of the top performing organizations in our industry,” added Dan Einstein, President of Rosenfeld Einstein Property & Casualty Division. “This honor is a tribute to our clients, our employees and our business partners – all of whose passionate commitment to excellence drives our efforts to bring added value and insight to help them enjoy even higher levels of success and confidence.”
South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2013 initiative identifies, recognizes and honors the top employers in South Carolina in two groups: companies with fewer than 250 employees, and companies with over 250 employees. The program is sponsored by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce and SC Biz News.
“A diverse array of companies made up the finalists for Best Places to Work in South Carolina 2013,” said Einstein. “We are honored to be among the organizations who demonstrate day in and day out their dedication to employee growth and satisfaction.”
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
“We’re proud that Rosenfeld Einstein is a place where our team wants to work, wants to further their careers and feels an integral part of,” noted Einstein. “With this recognition, it appears that the environment we seek to create is being realized. We’re very proud of all of our associates, who really make this happen, and of this recognition of our firm.”
