By: Customer Service Group Despite that lofty goal, customer service professionals are dressing up, letting their hair down and celebrating in a big way this week with activities that combine fun and a purpose. One of those activities is the popular Collaborative Building Challenge. In this team-building activity, individual teams are asked to make an exact replica of a tower, which has been created by the team leader. Unfortunately, no one team will receive all of the materials that they need. As teams struggle to create the tower they will realize that by sharing materials they can all achieve a better end result than by acting alone. Step by step direction for the Collaborative Building Challenge may be downloaded at: http://www.CSWeek.com/ ### About Customer Service Week Customer Service Week is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and to honoring the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.
