Physicians' Primary Care of SWF Welcomes Michael S. Verwest, M.D.

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Oct. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Michael S. Verwest has joined the family practice of Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida in the Lehigh Acres office at 3507 Lee Blvd.  He is accepting new patients.

Dr. Verwest  has been a physician for more than 25 years, working first at the Cape Coral family practice office of Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida before joining the Veterans Administration in Port Charlotte for the past five years.

He is board-certified in Family Practice.

He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received his M.D. degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. This was followed by residency at Northwest Florida Academy of Family Physicians in Pensacola and Reading Medical Center Family Practice Residency Progam in West Reading, Pa.
