Bistango Whips Up Thanksgiving Day Menu

LONG BEACH, Calif. - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- If you’re not in the mood to prepare, and worse, clean up the mess in the kitchen this Thanksgiving holiday, Bistango has the ideal solution.  On Thursday, November 28 from 12pm to 8pm, the Irvine restaurant will offer a 3-course, prix fixe menu available for $39 for adults and $19.75 for children 12 and under.

         The meal starts with a choice of autumn salad featuring Belgian endive, Fuji apples, walnuts Gorgonzola in a vinaigrette dressing or butternut squash soup.  The entrée course includes free-range organic turkey with apple-sour cherry stuffing, garlic potato puree, veggies and brown gravy.  A choice of desserts rounds out the meal – pumpkin cheesecake with crème Anglaise or old-fashioned apple pie a la mode topped in caramel sauce.
