McKinley Irvin Lawyers Presented at 19th Annual Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Convention 2013

SEATTLE - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- McKinley Irvin attorneys Laura Carlsen and Jamie Walker presented to their colleagues at the 19th Annual Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Convention on September 28, 2013. Laura and Jamie are both family law attorneys practicing in the firm’s  Tacoma, Washington office.

The 2013 convention was held at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino in Ocean Shores, WA and featured presentations from a number of legal experts as well as plenty of opportunities for entertainment and recreation.

Laura Carlsen’s practice encompasses a wide range of family legal matters such as Military Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Domestic Violence, Adoption, and more. She frequently speaks to other professionals on issues affecting Military Families, and has published numerous articles on the topic. Laura was voted by her peers for inclusion in the 2013 Washington Super Lawyers® list.

Jamie Walker focuses her practice on complex custody issues, and has presented to other professionals on issues surrounding that area of practice. She is also experienced in a variety of family law matters such as Divorce, Child Support, Parenting Plans, and more.  In 2013, Jamie was honored by her colleagues with inclusion in the list of Washington Rising Stars℠.
