FAIRFIELD, Calif. - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- (Fairfield, CA) The first authors critique workshop held by the Writers Resource Center (WRC) was so successful that a second one is being held to meet the demand. The workshops give writers the opportunity to get some professional feedback on their work and assistance in finding editors and agents. At the sessions, WRC members give one-on-one advice to novice and skilled authors who bring two-pages of their work for review. The meeting will take place Saturday, October 12, at 10 am at the WRC office, located at 1652 West Texas Street, Suite 247 in Fairfield. Admission is $10 for non-members. For more information, call 877-629-7369.

"We decided to hold another workshop for people who just want some quality feedback because the first one was so popular; we had great attendance and got a lot of work done," says WRC founder Janie P. Bess.

Due to the number of people expected to attend, writers are asked to please bring only two pages of their work for review. Workshop participants will also be able to sign-up for the Writers Resource Center's Annual Holiday Celebration set for December 14, from 4pm to 8pm at Chez Soul restaurant in downtown Fairfield.

For more information on the workshop, December celebration, and other WRC activities, please call 877-629-7369.
