Blissful Elegance Events will host the Health, Wealth & Self Brunch on October 26th, 2013

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Oct. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Blissful Elegance Events is back with the 2^nd annual Health Wealth and Self Brunch a powerful, educational and interactive afternoon dedicated to promoting & entertaining women’s mental and physical being.

Our first event this year “Health, Wealth and Self Brunch will be on, Saturday, October 26^th, 2013 from 12 PM - 5 PM at Basha Studios, 45 East 34^th Street, in New York City.

Joining us will be Todd Cheeks CEO and Founder of Todd's Health Zone, which is a one stop shop for health and wellness information, products and services. Todd has worked in the area of fitness over 10 years and is a certified trainer through NESTA. He has successfully been running fitness boot camps for women for the past 3 years. After working as head trainer at a local personal training studio, he went out on his own to start his in-home personal training business in 2004.In 2008, he realized how powerful boot camps were and how much more people enjoyed them and that’s when he launched his first fitness boot camp, The Fitzone Boot Camp.

He is also a TLS Weight Loss Coach and has helped several of his 1-on-1 clients understand how to eat and exercise to improve overall health and weight loss.

As a way to further help bring awareness to the community about issues of health, Todd partners with Doctors implementing weight management solutions that help patience understand the power of low glycemic eating and behavior modification to assist in weight loss.

Guests will also enjoy a scrumptious brunch, while spending their Saturday afternoon being encouraged and inspired, networking opportunities and afforded the opportunity to browse vendors related to the speakers for this series. We are dedicated to ensuring providence for families in need; particularly women, men, children and infants. We aim to demonstrate that the struggle to thrive is a common thread amongst all living individuals, and one that everyone can find solidarity in. No human looks forward to this lifestyle and would not like to find comfort in it. Once we alleviate these concerns, the parent(s) can focus on more important issues such as work placement and/or securing a better home for their family.
