The 11th Percepta class kicked off on October 1, 2013 with over 75 women from 30 organizations in the Atlanta area. Companies sponsor these high-performing female professionals to participate in this program in order to prepare them with the skills and insights needed to take on additional responsibilities at higher levels – so that they can have greater impact on their companies and position themselves for professional advancement.
Pathbuilders Percepta is a six-month mentoring and leadership development program with three key elements: educational workshops combined with group mentoring and networking – thoughtfully integrated to prepare women to lead their companies to greater success. Graduates of the Pathbuilders Achieva® program serve as mentors to these high-potential women.
“Mentoring is one of the most rewarding activities a leader can perform. In addition to inspiring, shaping and sharing insights with talented emerging female leaders from other organizations, it is a way of giving back. I look to have the same positive impact that my Pathbuilders Achieva mentor had on my growth as a leader. It is a mutual partnership that fosters growth and learning for all parties involved,” stated Kristin Mosher, Director, Operations and Productions, Creative Services Sports Unit, a division of Turner Sports.
