James P. Stanek, CIC and others promoted at James A. Connors Associates

MORRISTOWN, N.J. - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- People on the move as insurance agency continues to grow.

Mr. James A. Connors, Jr. president of James A. Connors, Associates, Inc. announced the promotion of Mr. James P. Stanek, CIC to chief operating officer. Mr. Stanek will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of all divisions including personal insurance, business insurance, individual life and health insurance as well as group benefits. Mr. Connors will continue to oversee the company and focus on the financial aspects of the business as well as executive relations with insurance companies.

Mr. Connors said “Jim has done a great job in helping us execute on our growth plan. He is an outstanding leader and has done a tremendous job of working with all our associates in our three offices in Morristown, Califon and Edison. I am pleased to have Jim take on new responsibilities and I am confident our agency will continue to grow under his leadership.”

In addition to Mr. Stanek’s promotion, other promotions in the agency include:

Ms. Cristin Durkin, former account executive has been promoted to marketing specialist with a focus on mid-market accounts.

Ms. Nancy Hoffman and Ms. Barbara Mitelski, former account executives have been promoted to office co-managers of the Califon, NJ office.
