Three full days of instruction were provided for fire prevention and investigation professionals as well as many from the insurance industry at the Montgomery County Training Center in Conshohocken, PA. The main instructor was Mark Finck, a well known industry expert and keynote speaker. The training focused on investigating and ultimately preventing fires in commercial kitchens. Greater understanding of commercial kitchen systems saves money and more importantly saves lives. With this in mind, calling on decades of experience, Phil Ackland in association with many other industry experts developed this course along with the companion textbook A Guide For Commercial Kitchen Fire Manual.
