New Horizons of Southern Californa Supports "Getting LA Back 2 Work"

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Do you have a friend or family member that has been laid off? Are you having a hard time finding work with you skills back into a position you are qualified for? If so, you may be eligible for government funded training to retrain and enforce your skills to be more desirable in the job markets.  Director of Career Development Cindy Sutherland stated, “Our goal is to help as many people as possible get back into the workforce by empowering them with marketable skills.”

New Horizons of Southern California has been partnering with LA agencies to help displaced workers back to work.

New Horizons works together with our partnerships and student services to include assessments for basic skills, career, and vocational aptitude, employment preparation for resume and interview skills, vocational training,  to make the transition back into the professional industry.
