“The goal is to make living healthy easier,” says Project Lead, Kyla Gaertner, “by vetting companies and sharing insightful and helpful information, we hope to make adopting or maintaining a healthy lifestyle a total snap.” She points to their quickly growing and active community on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube as proof that Canadians are looking to shift their lifestyles toward overall wellness in a holistic way. “We just completed our first ever Green Smoothie Challenge and were humbled by how ardently our fans took to the daily challenge,” she says of the over 1600 people who signed up for the month-long event.
