Finch Brands Makes Major Additions

Premier boutique branding company adds four seasoned professionals to Philadelphia-based team
 
PHILADELPHIA - Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- PHILADELPHIA – Finch Brands, the Old City-based branding company with a national clientele of famous and soon-to-be-famous brands, has made a series of strategic hires to strengthen its already highly regarded team. The additions are the result of a steady influx of new business and expanded work with existing clients.

The new team members and their titles are as follows:

·       John Ferreira, VP of Brand Strategy

·       Mallory Oliver, Director of Marketing

·       Sunny Dublick, Integrated Marketing Manager

·       Tahoorah Syed, Integrated Marketing Manager

John Ferreira joins Finch Brands after 11 years at Campbell Soup Company, where he worked in numerous key roles across brand management and consumer insights for brands such as Chunky, Prego and Swanson. Along the way, Ferreira earned his Executive MBA from the Wharton School of Business. At Finch, he leads the brand strategy function, which encompasses market research and positioning.

Mallory Oliver has taken the helm of the Marketing function, tasked with increasing Finch Brands’ profile via social media, public relations and other thought leadership activities. A nimble marketer, Oliver has assembled a sterling track record at other agencies in terms of both account management and winning new business pitches.

Sunny Dublick and Tahoorah Syed are both working directly with Finch clients, managing accounts as well as contributing a broad-based marketer’s eye to the work product. In the Finch Brands model, Integrated Marketing Managers are central figures in each engagement and both Dublick and Syed are well-prepared for this responsibility.

Dublick comes most recently from The Hay Group where she crafted marketing strategies around the FORTUNE ‘World's Most Admired Companies’ and The Wall Street Journal ‘CEO Compensation’ initiatives. Prior, she worked in an advertising agency environment on a diverse account portfolio that included Coca-Cola, several gaming interests and University of the Sciences.

Syed’s has been an important voice in the emergence of social media as a marketing channel, working with Maiden Media before and after its acquisition by Stream Companies. In that capacity, she built and executed Facebook and other social media strategies for leading B2C and B2B accounts.

Summing up the new team members and growth of the company, Gullan said, “Part of the excitement of each new opportunity is that we get to share this amazing group of people with our clients; it’s almost like introducing friends to friends and then smiling as they find how much they enjoy each other.”
