DR. MARK FREDERICK, DIRECTOR, GLOBAL TALENT MANAGEMENT, TO PRESENT AT NHRMA 2013 CONFERENCE

Northbrook Illinois, October 7, 2013 – Focusing on the future of Human Resources and managing tomorrow’s workforce, the 75^th Annual Northwest Human Resources Management Association (NHRMA) Conference & Tradeshow will be held in Tacoma, Washington from Wednesday, October 9 to Friday, October 11.

IOR Director of Global Talent Management, Dr. Mark Frederick, will present his conference session, “Becoming a Strategic Global HR Leader”, on Thursday, October 10. In his presentation, Dr. Frederick will examine the global talent management cycle and discuss how the future of HR depends on evolving into a strategic role that drives this cycle for companies. He will also discuss how global talent management relates to organizational culture and globalization.
