The 24-inch wide, patent-pending platform was produced by San Diego-based product developer, Leardon Solutions (http://leardon.com), and is the first of its kind that allows users to blend traditional aerobic and anaerobic workouts together. The machine is centered around two fly wheels that connect to cables, arms and levers that allow users to customize their workout and choose between three weight settings that are in 10-pound increments. Weighing 50 pounds, the machine is portable, durable and designed to be used in regular, high impact workouts for users of various fitness levels.
