VoiceAmerica Host, Dr. Rubinstein Wins Prestigious ASA Media Award

Weintraub Media Award by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) for New Reflections on Voice America™ segment “This Won’t Hurt a Bit, Anesthesia Options” on January 12, 2013.

Each year, the ASA Committee on Communications reviews nominations for the award, presented to outstanding media placements in broadcast, print and online that effectively inform and educate the public about the specialty of anesthesiology.

Dr. Rubinstein is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has trained with the world's eminent surgeons at the forefront of developing techniques for plastic surgery. He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery and currently serves as Chief of the Department of Surgery for Jackson North Medical Center, a 382 bed acute care hospital in the Jackson Healthcare System.
