Amir holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics. Previously, Dr. Handzel built and led the Bioinformatics & Biometrics group at OSI Pharmaceuticals. He recently founded Qunatorum LLC, a research and consulting company focused on improving personalised medicine by developing and implementing quantitative methods, from rigorous biomarker discovery to strategic management of drug development programmes.

Biomarker and Bioimaging Lead, PCSK9 Development and Launch Unit

Werner has led biomarker and bioimaging activities of the PCSK9 development and launch unit of Sanofi. His main experience is related to all clinical and pre-clinical studies for cardiovascular and renal indications and cardiovascular outcome studies, and to all kinds of ligand-binding assay development, validation and application.

Chih-Lin Chi
University of Minnesota, USA
Assistant professor

Chih-Lin has received his BS and MBA degrees in Taiwan and a PhD in Health Informatics from the University of Iowa. Recently, he completed his postdoctoral training at Harvard University. This training further strengthens the scope of his personalized health management studies and attracts collaboration.
