Palm Coast, FL – Beth Allen will speak at the Flagler County Association of Realtors on October 16th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the FHA’s “Back to Work” program.

“We’ve been getting lots of questions on The Federal Housing Administration’s new “Back to Work” program,” said Beth Allen of Waterstone Mortgage. “This program reduces the time homebuyers must wait before they can qualify for an FHA mortgage after a foreclosure, bankruptcy or short sale so it’s a hot topic,” she added.

Known as “Boomerang Buyers”, they are growing in number every month as more and more previous homeowners are once again eligible for financing. In the 1st quarter fo 2014, 1.5 million of these buyers will become eligible for financing. Beth’s presentation will cover the four major loan programs – conventional, FHA, VA and USDA, as well as the waiting period for each load program after a foreclosure, bankruptcy, or short sale.
