'Investigation' to be Gorilla's first

MIAMI - Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Gorilla Studios optioned Clay Smith's Supertnatural/Horror feature screenplay, Investigation 13 and will begin principal photography in Miami in Spring of 2014.

Set in an abandoned asylum, a group of paranormal investigators look into the urban legend of the Mole Man, a former patient and elusive killer living within the walls of the deserted structure. No one has ever seen him and everyone who enters the asylum vanishes without a trace. The group is working to get their paranormal investigation web series picked up by one of the TV networks, but they will soon discover that their eagerness for fame and ratings may come at the ultimate price.

"We're ready to put features in the can!" exclaimed Ofer Zosman, C.E.O. of Gorilla Studios M.E.E. Zosman added, "It's the wild west and right now it's a great time to be an independent filmmaker."

Gorilla Studio's Development Executive and Producer, Rolando Viñas found the screenplay. "I went through quite a few screenplays and I was very excited to find 'Investigation 13'. I knew right away this was the right project for us to get the ball rolling," said Viñas.
