The Amazing SEO Potential Of Social Media Sites

HOBART, Australia - Oct. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- The reason why I'm writing this press release is to share the amazing results I've had with social media pages, and ranking them on Google.

In the past, Facebook pages didn't rank all that well, people didn't really make them for that, and Google Plus wasn't even around.

Since the recent changes in the algorithms of Google, millions of sites have been punished for having low quality back links leading to them, which previously was the only way you could rank.

The authority of sites became much more important than the amount of links leading to it, and who has the most authority in the world?

Obviously, it's Google, then Facebook, because they are the largest, most visited sites in the world.

Next would be Wikipedia probably, you see that site dominating most searches, due to the amount of high authority back links and outgoing links.

You Tube is owned by Google, so it's not surprising they rank their own site, and the same with Google Plus and Blogger.

People want to see videos, they want to find their celebrity idols and public figures on their Facebook pages.

Can A Regular Site Compete With A Social Media Page?

It's getting to the point that a new site might take years and years of SEO and publishing to ever hope to compete with a new page made on a site that already has authority.

The point is, you can use this to your benefit straight away, you can make a Google Plus local page and with no back links at all, you can rank for a local search.

You might need to add a bit of content, get a few reviews and followers, it might take some social media sharing to beat the compeition, but you can rank so much easier with a page like that, there is no competiton with other types of sites.

My Facebook page is ranking first on the first page for affordable social media marketing services, and what's really exciting is that it's also ranking on the fifth page of social media marketing services.

I made about six back links to it altogether, and ran a Facebook Ads campaign to get likes. I publish on it regularly, and have custom tabs to improve the click-through rates to my site.

I get more traffic from Facebook than anywhere else, although the traffic might have originally come from Google to Facebook, and then to my site.

I believe I can get the Facebook page up to the top of that huge search, the biggest and highest competiton search in the social media marketing industry.

I'm investigating different SEO companies to hire who produce real results for an affordable price, and I'm also planning on offering that as a service to my clients.

What I do is basically anything to do with social media and internet marketing generally, but I focus on Facebook, because that's what has worked the best for me.
