Launching Event of the Campaign: Moving 1.000.000 Africans Out Of Darkness And Poverty

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands - Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The Hague, THE NETHERLANDS: Ndassie Engineering is proud to announce the kick-off of the campaign “Moving 1.000.000 Africans out of Darkness and Poverty” totake place  on 27  November at 15.00, venue is the auditorium of Haagse Hogeschool (Behind Den Haag HS train station - Johanna Westerdijkplein 75, 2521 EN). Organized in collaboration with The Hague University of Applied Sciences, we shall see the participation of major players from the world of NGO’s, Social Enterprises, Corporate Bodies, Diplomats, Churches and Medias.

Environment
“Every year, fumes and smoke kill more than 1.5 million people, especially women and children and 22,000 children die each day due to poverty; these situations can easily  be eradicated through effective solutions” says Jean Séraphin Kepguep, CEO of Ndassie Engineering. “ In partnership with TUDelft, we have gathered specific knowledge about sustainability, solar technology, trendy design and BoP market to create cutting-edge concepts and products, that create income generating activities for each user while covering their Basic Needs and preserving our planet from harmful gas emissions”.

Products
The innovation currently available for distribution and for implementation of this campaign is the Ndassie-Solar-Lamp-Charging-Station: NDASSIE-SCS™ and its related lamps. The NDASSIE-SCS™ is designed from scratch and tailor-made for poor and rural households of Developing Nations lacking access to grid network and relying on harmful and polluting kerosene lamps for their domestic lighting.

A solar system previously used for  lighting a family has been redesigned to serve above 1000   people and create more than 20 local jobs within rural communities, while allowing end-users to  generate   extra income necessary to improve their standard of living.
