Vonaq Launches Handheld Wi-Fi Tester

Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The UK Test Equipment manufacturer has announced an all new handheld Wi-Fi tester with a large 7” colour touchscreen display that is ideal for the Wi-Fi installer or trouble-shooter.

Engineers can quickly perform a Wireless survey of the immediate area using the one button AutoTest feature that quickly provides a graphical pdf test report presenting a summary of available Access Points, Wi-Fi channel usage, Noise levels, Network speed and Internet Connectivity.  All this information can be obtained in less than 1 minute.

At the end of the AutoTest  a graphical pdf test report is created that also provides a stable reference point for any future site visits.

Of course each test can be performed manually in real time and details can be saved along the way.

The innovative Peak Hold feature allows a user to monitor the worst case noise levels and signal strength in an area in order to determine what the overall reliability of a particular Wi-Fi network is likely to be.
