The Real Estate Radio Network launches Indy's Real Estate Gurus

 
INDIANAPOLIS - Oct. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Real Estate Radio Network proudly launches “Indy's Real Estate Gurus” hosted by Rick Ripma of Union Savings Bank. Listeners of the show will be able to learn from the best in Buying, Selling, Building, Remodeling, Financing and insuring their homes. Additionally, it is a critical part of homeownership to be knowledgeable about financial planning, legal issues, long and short term investing and home and lawn maintenance. Indy’s Real Estate Guru’s Radio Show will introduce listeners to the best and most experienced minds in Indiana on all of these subjects. This will help listeners make the best decisions on all of their real estate and financial needs to impact their lives for the better. The show will air on Sundays at 11am ET on Freedom 95 WFDM Indianapolis (950am, 95.9fm) and premieres Sunday, October 6th 2013. Rick started his successful sales career in May 1985 as a new and used car sales person at Coral Pontiac/GMC in Indianapolis, Indiana. In August 1985 he sold 25 cars which set a record for the dealership and by June of 1986 they promoted him to New Car sales manager. He continued to set sales records at various Indy dealerships until 1991 when he moved into New Home Sales with The Estridge Companies, a large local Indianapolis home builder and land developer. Rick was rookie of the year in 1991 and Sales Person of the Year in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. He also won the Chairman’s Award (the only sales person ever to have won this award) in 1996. In 1997 he was promoted to Sales Manager and in 1999 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales.

In September 2002 Rick became a loan officer at Union Savings Bank where, out of over 400 loan officers, he has been Sales Person of the Year in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Over the last 4 years, 2009 through 2012, he has averaged 43.06 closed loans per month for a total dollar volume of $367,779,371. In 2012 he closed 694 mortgages with a total dollar volume of $112,345,496. Despite his success he has always been “Your Hard Working Mortgage Guy”.
