TAMPA, Fla. - Oct. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Real Estate Radio Network proudly launches “Tampa Home Talk” hosted by Katrina Madewell of Charles Rutenberg Realty. Born and raised in Tampa, Katrina became a licensed mortgage broker at only 18. By the age of 23, she opened her own office as a correspondent mortgage lender. Thereafter she took the real estate and title course to further her knowledge and skill set. In 2005, Katrina became a licensed real estate agent, selling more real estate in her 1^st six months than most agents sell in a few years. All combined, she has 21 years in this industry. To Katrina there's no better feeling than buying your first home, other than selling a home to buy a larger more spacious home. Every time she can make this experience happen for someone, she is truly elated.

Katrina is a graduate of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She holds an ASP designation Accredited Staging Professional, so that she can give her clients a birds eye view of what it will take to get their home sold, in the shortest amount of time for the highest possible price. She also holds the SFR Designation recognized by NAR as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.

Katrina has made such an impact on her past clients that they were not surprised when Katrina launched a show.
