Get Sauced for the Cure with Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q

Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q is using their world famous sauce to help raise breast cancer awareness and give back to the cause for the month of October.
 
MARIETTA, Ga. - Oct. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Get Sauced for the Cure and help Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q raise money for breast cancer research and diagnosis in the month of October.  Danny and Larry Williamson are not new to the idea of giving back and helping the community.  They have been serving and helping for their entire 23 years of business.  And they are at it again.  Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q has just released their pink labeled original barbeque sauce to grocery stores all over the southeast for the fifth year in a row.  Partnering with the American Breast Cancer Foundation, a portion of each sale will go to help fund treatment research as well as early diagnosis and prevention.

In addition to the pink sauce, available at all three restaurant locations as well, Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q staff will be sporting, and selling, pink t-shirts with their logo and campaign slogan, “Get Sauced for the Cure”, throughout the month of October.   A 50% portion of these sales will go directly to Susan G. Komen Atlanta, which hosts events and programs in the metro Atlanta area to raise awareness and educate the community about the benefits of early detection in the fight against breast cancer.  Komen Atlanta services more than 4.6 million people in their 13 county service area.
