New York, NY, September 21st, 2013- The Ceo and Founder of Haviic Cosmetics, Aleah Alvarado will be organizing a fundraiser for Breast Cancer in the name of her Aunt who survived the disease.

On October 6th, 2013, located at The Renowned Renaissance Building at 130 Malcolm X. Blvd, Harlem, New York from 3PM to 7PM. Women will donating a contribution to receive a Mini- Makeover by one of the onsite Volunteer Makeup Artists using the entire line of Haviic Cosmetics, Nail Paint/Art , Specialty signature drinks sponsored by Beyond Dreamz, Sweet Treats by Annie Maes CheeseCakes and more while DJ Josh Stylez spins the hottest songs of todays music. This event allows women the comfort of feeling confident in their own skin giving them a sense of normalcy.

Aleah Alvarado states “I’m hoping that by doing this event, it would help someone who is ill feel as though they’re part of a community and assimilate with the women standing next to them.”

The goal of the Painting Promises for Breast Cancer with Haviic Cosmetics is to encourage women battling this disease by letting them know their fight is our fight and to build a network with other survivors. What’s more important through raising funds, awareness and support systems is we stand as one. With approximately over 100 personally invited guests, we are keeping this event open to the public. The desire is to educate all demographics and hone in on the importance of unity and support. Women will be given Breast Cancer Unity Pins sponsored by the American Cancer Society as well as a token of appreciation, discount coupons, etc.
