Ranserve Project Featured in Austin's Real Magazine

AUSTIN, Texas - Oct. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Ranserve remodels what was once a rundown church into a energy efficient home and art studio for professor and muralist John Yancey.

In 2011 John Yancey hired Ranserve to remodel his home. At the time he was living in the remains of a 1950's church, with the intentions of transforming it into an energy efficient modern home. With a little elbow grease and some hard work the remodel was completed and granted a 4 star energy rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program. The unique project was recently featured in the September 2013 edition of Austin magazine "Real" titled "artful resurrection".

"This was a very exciting project" says Mark Rehberg president of Ranserve. "We spent a lot of time with Brett Grinkmeyer designing this home to meet all of John’s practical and design needs, and wound up with a better result than we had anticipated. The home is beautiful, and has many unique features you won’t find in many homes here in Austin."
