Take responsibility for tracking your own medical records.  With the Track My Medical Records application you can maintain your medical records for all of your doctors along with your own notes in one place, for yourself and your family.  You are not tied to one insurance provider to maintain your medical records or personal health history.

You record all the personal health information you see fit to maintain, using your own words, in an easy to use interface.  Our built-in library of medications and conditions eases your data entry.  We try to help auto-complete your doctor's name (and address, where needed) once you've entered it the first time.

In addition to medications, conditions, allergies, procedures, immunizations, medical devices, appointments and notes, we also allow you to save important statistics such as height, weight, blood sugar level, blood pressure, pulse -- you name it! and we can store it.  Not only that, you can even have a  graph drawn to show the history and trending of those statistics.  Moreover, for children 2 and under, we graph their height and weight on a chart showing comparison to the 5th and 95th percentiles of growth.

You can use a mobile device as well as wifi-only Android device (e.g. Kindle or other tablet) to enter and retrieve your medical records.  On Android devices you can even view the information when you are offline, since the most recent data is stored on the device itself as well as on the web.

The information you enter is saved on redundant servers in the "cloud", so you'll never have to worry about losing the data.  Additionally, we use SSL (https) to transmit the data, and encryption of the patient data in the database to ensure privacy.
