Attorney Miller was born in Fort Wayne in 1969. After earning his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), he earned his juris doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he served as a managing associate of the Thomas M. Colley Law Review.

Attorney Miller is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Indiana. In addition to handling criminal defense, attorney Miller currently serves part-time as a public defender for juvenile delinquency and mental health cases for the Allen County Public Defender’s Office and he formerly served as a public defender for the Allen County Misdemeanor Court.
