Participants will enjoy gentle/accessible yoga, succinct and informative seminars, creative arts, fine meals, and time to relax at the remarkable Wequassett Resort in Harwich, Massachusetts. “I have designed a workshop to help women become their own best advisors. The instinctive intelligence we need to help our careers take off, to have our personal relationships upgrade, and to expand our world is carried within us. By practicing the techniques that are presented in this Women’s Weekend Workshop, following your own intuitive guidance can become a more integrated part of daily life,” says Nancy. The format will run Friday evening, 10/11 through midday Monday, 10/14. Mornings will offer a gentle yoga practice that can be modified for each participant’ Afternoons are open so attendees can enjoy the natural beauty of the Cape, and take advantage of much-needed downtime that a retreat affords. Participants can choose to schedule a private appointment with any of the workshop presenters for more in-depth, one-on-one consultation. Registration fee includes daily yoga, one meal/day, three dynamic presenters, user-friendly creative classes and the amenities of the Wequassett resort. About Nancy Samotis, MFA, LICSW, RYT Nancy is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor who integrates yoga therapeutics into her work with individuals and groups. In 1995, she received her master’s degrees: an MA in Drawing and Painting, an MFA in Intermedia, and an MSW. She then proceeded to a post-graduate fellowship at the Yale Psychiatric Institute. Upon receiving her RYT from The Elemental Yoga Mind-Body Teach Training Program, Nancy began teaching yoga classes for individuals with anxiety and depression, which evolved into teaching open classes in the community.
