Laura Leonardo-Flynn Joins Pioneer Title Services

PALM COAST, Fla. - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Pioneer Title Services LLC is pleased to announce that Laura Leonardo-Flynn has joined their firm.

Laura is a licensed title agent and has been hired as a marketing sales representative. She began working with Pioneer Title Services a year ago on a part time and consulting bases, and is now a full-time staff member.

“I feel now is the best time to re-enter the market full time, and I am privileged to be working with 'Pioneers of the Industry' within Flagler County,“ Laura said. “I am looking forward to working with people that I admire professionally, and that I’ve known for two, and in some cases, three decades,” she added.

Laura moved to Palm Coast in 1976 when the population was less than 5000. She started working in the title business at 16-years-old and has over 35 years of experience in the industry and is looking forward to participating in the many local associations with professionals in related fields. Laura is a 2004 past-president of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a former Board of Director with the Chamber.

Title insurance is a form of indemnity insurance and is designed to protect owners of a certain property from title (ownership) claims made against that property. A title agent's responsibilities can include selling this insurance, managing customer accounts, finding state and county records on the property, and performing administrative tasks.
