Ranserve Nears Completion on Barton Hills Custom Home

AUSTIN, Texas - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Ranserve, the Austin based general contracting company, nears the completion date on their first new build in the classic Barton Hills neighborhood of Austin, Texas.

After months of working with architect Brett Grinkmeyer designing the most efficient, practical, and beautiful home possible the home on Kassarine Pass came to life. Ranserve's president Mark Rehberg also spent much time with Donna Miller of Blairfield Reality considering style and practicality options that would make the home most appealing to a buyer. Mark says "I went into this project knowing one thing; I didn't want to just throw a house on the property, I wanted the home to flow with the style of the neighborhood, and the rhythm of the surrounding land." After a long 7 months of building the home from the ground up the staging furniture is already being placed, and the home is preparing for its first day on the market. This is a very exciting moment for the company as the home has set the pace for their future new builds, their second which is already underway is off to a terrific start.
