The programme is an intensive 1-Month Business Excellence Materclass with the specific objectives of equipping the business owner (BO) or business manager (BM) with the technical knowledge and soft skills required to grow and run a business effectively. Combining a series of workshops, the programme is designed to increase the productivity of the respective business by enabling the BO/BM to efficiently and effectively deal with core business issues related to the day-to-day running of a business.
Conducted by qualified trainers, the Masterclass will cover the topics of (a) PR and Branding; (b) Social Media Marketing; (c) Psychological Selling; (d) Customer Service Excellence; (e) Handling Difficult Customers; and (f) Store Display. Additionally, participants will also receive 4 one-to-one executive coaching sessions. Recognizing the time limitations of the BO/ BM, the workshop will be conducted over 4 Sundays with the coaching sessions held at a convenient pre-arranged time during the week.
With close to 68 hours of training (of which 26 is personalized one-to-one), the Business Excellence Masterclass is designed to help the small business owner and his team achieve significant business and productivity breakthroughs.
To make the Masterclass accessible to those that need it the most, CWFA will arrange for factoring (at the rate of 5%) of the course fees. Participants therefore only have to pay upon reimbursement by IRAS with no upfront payments required.
