Clients can choose to go to the office of the legal document assistant (LDA) or can receive the completed divorce forms by email. The client can print the completed divorce forms and sign them in front of the notary of their choice. The forms then need to be shipped back to the LDA who will submit them to the court and within 30-45 days the customers receive their divorce decree in the mail directly from the judge. Big difference from previous years where getting a divorce meant taking time off from work and spending loads of money on attorneys.
