Rebuild Division of Walters Homes Celebrates Grand Opening of West Wind Model, Sales Office

BEACH HAVEN, N.J. - Sept. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- MANAHAWKIN, N.J.  – The ReBuild division of Walters Homes will celebrate the Grand Opening of their new West Wind model home and sales office during a two-day event to be held on October 19 and 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be located at 880 Mill Creek Road in the Beach Haven West section of Manahawkin.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the new fully-furnished West Wind model while enjoying refreshments. The four-bedroom West Wind is one of 15 single-family home designs offered by ReBuild, the custom home division of Walters Homes. ReBuild was formed to help Jersey Shore residents with the task of rebuilding smarter, safer homes following the devastation left behind by Superstorm Sandy. ReBuild allows homeowners to choose their home and have it specifically crafted for their property. The homes’ designs feature 960 square feet to 2,293 square feet of living space and are priced from $129,405.

The two-day event will also feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony slated for October 19 at 10 a.m. Local dignitaries are expected to attend the celebration.

Founder and Partner Ed Walters Jr., formed the ReBuild division last year to help homeowners living in designated flood zones who are struggling to restore their homes. Another ReBuild sales office in Ortley is currently under construction and is slated for completion in November.
