If you are willing to document your walking for the month, The Conditioning Classroom will make a donation to ColoradoGives.org which has been set up to assist our neighbors who have been affected by the recent flooding. We have a special portal that we can contribute to which has been guaranteed that 100% of all monies collected will go to victims.
If you decide to sign up and document your miles, we will contribute $5 to the fund. If you complete 20 miles in the month (5 miles a week for 4 weeks), we will contribute $10 to the fund. BONUS:
