Astra’s new FastAP for IFS™ webinar presents a live demo of ReadSoft’s INVOICES

TUCSON, Ariz. - Oct. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Astra and ReadSoft presented a live webinar to the IFS community on FastAP, the AP automation solution designed by Astra exclusively for IFS customers. At the webinar Astra and ReadSoft gave a live demo of INVOICES.  They showed the IFS customers in attendance the process that enables INVOICES to achieve high accuracy reads of invoice data in a fraction of the time that their current manual data entry consumes, and without the frequent keying errors that accompany a manual process.  Astra’s APConnect^{for IFS} immediately transfers the invoice data and a digitized image of the invoice into IFS for automated matching,  approval and archiving.   FastAP users benefit from a dramatically shortened processing cycle time and the elimination of paper.

Astra’s webinar invitation requested IFS customers to calculate their company’s current costs in three areas and bring those numbers with them to the webinar:
