Thursday, October 10, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
“Get to Know Your Market”
Description:Determine if your business will survive and thrive in today’s marketplace by attending this Women’s Business Development Center workshop.  You will also determine who your target market is and how to research them. Cost:$45.00 in advance, $50.00 at the door

Tuesday, October 15, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
“Connection Points: Networking with Construction Businesses, Architects, Interior Designers and Realtors”
Description:After nearly a decade of stagnant growth in the construction industry, it appears that the future is beginning to look bright as the economy slowly recovers. Now is a good time for women owned businesses to explore growth options and take advantage of being a certified women business enterprise (WBE). Connection Points is a WBDC networking event targeted to women owned businesses in construction and related industries. You will hear from subject matter experts in the field, learn about market opportunities and innovative industry trends. There will also be a discussion about how women are winning the business in your industry.  You will have the opportunity to network with other business owners who may be a new referral source or teaming partner on future projects. Cost:$10.00 in advance, $20.00 at the door.
