Sept. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Brighton artist Louise Brooks is donating one of her sought after Seascape paintings to the drop4drop charity.

“Crystal Springs” is being raffled with 9 others at the Brighton Gallery Art at   Five. Raffle tickets are £10 each and there are ten paintings to be won, worth between £300 and £1000. Tickets are available from the 28th September 2013 until 14th October 2013 giving 10 people the opportunity to win a piece of Original art on Canvas.

Louise http://www.louisebrooks.co.uk said “I first heard of the charity when the singer Adele tweeted asking people to support them, I believe her partner Simon Konecki is the CEO. The charity seemed a natural fit as my artwork is all about showing the light cast by the water in the sea, and the charity about giving people clean water to drink.

As an artist I am lucky enough to live in Brighton. I feel extremely lucky to be live so close to the sea where daily I get to see a constantly changing seascape vista. I try to capture this untamed force of nature through my painting and the essential quality of light and translate them onto canvas. It is my constant fascination with the ocean that has led to an ever-evolving portfolio on this subject. As an artist, my award-winning artwork has become a part of both private and corporate collections throughout Britain, Europe, the USA.”

Further details of the event and how to donate or buy tickets from 28th September are available at http://www.louisebrooks.co.uk/Charity/drop4drop.html.
