MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - Sept. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- September 26, 2013 Mount Laurel, NJ---A college degree, pregnant, on maternity leave, and fighting to save her home from foreclosure, Shanda Mathis was about to join a statistic that is epidemic in the country—underemployed single mothers.
