Specializing in the downtown Los Angeles market, Weiss has helped facilitate real estate transactions that span a who’s who list of retail tenants, large scale hotels and creative office users, including such tenants as JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Target, Urban Outfitters, Nation Builder, GNC, Chipotle, Trader Vic’s and Bottega Louie. He has also assisted numerous investors in securing equity and debt financing for multi-family and creative office properties.

Weiss’ played a crucial role with the Downtown Center Business Improvement District in recruiting hundreds of retailers, developers, office tenants and residents to downtown Los Angeles. In addition, he was an integral component in the renaissance of downtown Los Angeles.
