Golden Chick Hatches New Locations in North Dallas

DALLAS - Sept. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Golden Chick, the Texas-based chicken legend that has taken its bold flavors all the way to the Middle East and Asia, announces its newest location right here in its home nest of Dallas.

The newest restaurant opened Sept. 24 at 10443 N. Central Expressway at 75 and Meadow Road. The restaurant will be owned and operated by Golden Operating Corporation.

“Our brand has experienced major growth in the last year with expansion into Asian and Middle Eastern markets, and we thought it was time to deliver our delicious chicken to more of our neighbors right here in our back yard as well,” said Mark Parmerlee, president of Golden Chick.

The North Dallas restaurant will bring around 30 full and part time workers.

To keep busy residents moving, the new restaurant will feature two drive thru boards. Guests looking to dine in will be rewarded with a free soft serve vanilla ice cream cone, and serving staff will periodically come through the dining room to offer diners an extra yeast roll for free.

Golden Chick’s best-known menu choices include juicy chicken tenders, fried and roast chicken, catfish and garden salads for a lighter option.Sides include battered French fries, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob, fried okra, dirty rice, mac and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, and fruit salad. Add-ons such as jalapeno poppers, golden corn nuggets, chicken salad or the restaurant’s famous yeast rolls make any visit extra special.
