Follow on Google News | Public School Accused of Abuse and Neglect, The Estelle Singeltary Story.... NadiaEstelle Singeltary a mother and music teacher alleges a Cumberland County, NC public school abused and neglected her disabled daughter by emotionally, mentally abusing her, and allowing her to chock due to lack of proper supervision.
Singeltary states their dismissive, disdainful rejection is abusive and neglectful treatment toward her child that can have a long lasting negative affect on her daughter. She goes on to state someone needs to take the proper actions against teachers who are on the clock as working, but as shown in this video, the link is provided below, they seem to be in a break-room, but they are not, they are in the classroom talking about their personal business, not teaching or attending the children. This seems to be apparent normal behavior for these teachers, just look at the video, and as a result, Nadia is improperly attended and chocking. As far as she knows nothing has been done to the teachers and they are all still working with children. She also states she fears for her job, is suffering from retaliation by the school district, it's employees, and she can't see any actions taken by the district to stop, slow down or deter actions of retaliation. Singletary states she is now under investigation for Child Neglect by DSS, Child Protection Services in Cumberland County, North Carolina. She say this is retaliation because she stood up for her and her daughters rights and complained to proper authorities and she feel the investigation is connected with the complaint she has out on the school. Singeltary wants other parents to know what is going on with her child, she does not want this to happen to another child in the public school system. She is asking for equal protection under the law for her and her child, and an educational plan that suites her daughters needs.
