This year’s edition of CAMERA JAPAN includes a screening of Yoji Yamada’s Tokyo Family, a modern version of Yasujiro Ozu’s 1953 classic Tokyo Story, and a performance by all-female pop/punk band Shonen Knife. Other events include a showcase of classic Japanese animation, a Japanese marketplace, various workshops and performances, and also a Kid’s Day.
Inge Visser, Marketing Communications Manager of CAMERA JAPAN, expressed approval of YesStyle and YesAsia’s participation in this year’s edition of the festival. “With our mission to bring contemporary Japanese culture to The Netherlands, we are very happy to partner with YesStyle and YesAsia. They provide access to the latest Asian fashion trends as well as a wide range of entertainment, making this partnership a great complement to our festival.”
