Local firm’s Give Back program provides economic educational relief

STERLING, Va. - Sept. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Sterling, VA – Hands In Motion believes that economics should not make a difference in a child’s education. Tutors and learning centers can be costly for families who have children struggling with written or typed communication.

Homework avoidance, unfinished classwork or tests and poor grades despite knowing the material are all red flags of handwriting or typing deficits.

Children in need that are identified by a school official can participate in the Hands In Motion Give Back Program at no cost to their families. The child will receive up to three programs in typing or handwriting until they are communicating with confidence and legibility.

The Handwriting Without Tears® instructors at Hands In Motion are experienced teachers with backgrounds in preschool, elementary, and special needs. Certified instructor Kely Davis notes “These programs are fun and they work, we see vast improvement in a single program.” Hands In Motion instructs all ages in typing techniques and computer skills, from basic keyboard familiarity to advanced research paper skills. Removing the fear of the computer helps children focus on presenting their knowledge fully and confidently.
