Struzziery was recognized for his 32-year tenure as the chair of the Town of Hull Permanent Sewer Commission (http://www.town.hull.ma.us/ A resident of Hull, Massachusetts, Struzziery graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Since 1998, Struzziery has been the technical services and program manager for the $300M City of Cambridge Sewer Separation and Stormwater Management Program, responsible for overall program coordination and client contact. He also serves on the Advisory Committee of ASCE Pipelines Division, and is a nationally recognized expert in the field of trenchless technologies. Struzziery received the award during the 165th BSCES Annual Award Dinner held on September 23, 2013 at the EMC Club in Boston’s Fenway Park.
