Prioria Robotics Selected as Keynote Speaker of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Info Share Event

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Sept. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Bryan Da Frota, CEO of Prioria Robotics, Inc., developers of the tactical Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) Maveric™ and Tetra™, has been chosen by Saint Louis University’s Parks College as keynote speaker at the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Info Share event to be held at Saint Louis University on Tuesday, September 24, 2013.

The Prioria Maveric™ is a single-person operable and portable aircraft, usable in the most rugged conditions. It is equipped with the largest number of payload options of any hand-launched Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including day, night and custom payloads utilizing Prioria’s modular payload system. The Prioria Tetra™ is a compact quad flyer for short duration operations with vertical take off and position-holding capabilities.

The Center for Aviation Safety Research (CASR) is located at Saint Louis University (SLU) and is funded primarily by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). CASR is poised to help SLU gain additional recognition as an institution that forms tomorrow’s leaders in aviation. Research results will be shared nationally through the center’s own International Journal of Safety Across High-Consequence Industries, and related conferences will bring together professionals from non-aviation disciplines to discuss new developments in safety research.
