The Civil War Comrades perform American patriotic and folk music as an ensemble in the National Parks and at historic sites throughout the mid-Atlantic. Look for the Civil War Comrades at the historic Town Hall Bank Museum on Fisher Avenue at Elgin Road in Poolesville, MD from 1:30 to 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2013. Children love to participate in the singing, clapping and foot stomping! Stephen Foster songs are a special favorite. There will be many activites for the children at Poolesville Day. Admission is free. There is a 5K race at 8:00 AM and a parade at 10:00 AM. There are pony rides and livestock/animal displays, classic car and truck displays, other bands, and much more!
